Every piece is built up one thin layer at a time on our own printers, then checked and finished by hand. A lithophane is your photo printed in relief: hold it to the light and the picture appears.

Free pickup
Pick up your order in New Westminster at no cost. We message you when it is ready and agree on a time.
Shipping in Canada
We ship with Canada Post. The rate is calculated at checkout from your postal code and the size of your parcel, and you get a tracking number by email.
Made to order
Personalized pieces are made after you order. Checkout shows when your order should be ready.
Christmas dates
The last order dates for delivery before Christmas will be posted here before the shop opens.
What is a lithophane?
A photo printed in relief. Thin areas let more light through, thick areas less. It looks like a plain white piece until you hold it to a light, then your picture appears.
What are your pieces made of?
Most prints are PLA, a plastic made from plant starch. Engraved pieces are mostly wood. Each product page lists the material.
Can I use a real candle in a lamp?
No. Our tea-light lamps are made for LED tea lights only. Printed plastic softens with heat.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our site.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet. For now we ship within Canada only.
Can you make something custom?
Often, yes. Contact details go live with the shop. Send us your idea and we will tell you what is possible.

The text and photos you add to personalize a piece.

Who else sees it
Stripe processes your payment. We never see your full card number.
Canada Post or our shipping service receives your name and address to deliver your parcel.
How long we keep it
Photos you upload are deleted about 90 days after your order ships. Order records are kept as long as Canadian tax rules require.

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. We do not sell your data.

Personalized pieces
Pieces made with your name, photo or design cannot be returned. If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, send us a photo within 14 days and we will remake it or refund you.
Ready-made pieces
Return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty.

Orders
An order is confirmed once payment goes through. We check every personalized order and contact you if something cannot be made as entered.
Your content
Only upload photos and text you have the right to use. We do not make pieces with logos or characters owned by others.
Handmade differences
Every piece is made individually. Small differences in colour and finish from the preview are normal.
